Job description

As a Lead Generator / Sales Agent you are responsible for calling potential customers and generating qualified leads and sales. You work with a professional calling system and follow a clearly written handbook. After the explanation and guidance during your startup, we expect you to work independently and give your maximum effort every working day to achieve the agreed targets.

Requirements

• Resident of Suriname
• Available for full-time work (Mon–Fri) with choice of Shift 1 or Shift 2
• Dutch language proficiency
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Reliability, discipline and results orientation

• Experience with sales or lead generation
• Affinity with phone-based customer contact
